To apply for a return, you should write us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send back the returned products.
Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When you receive your products, please inspect them thoroughly and contact us immediately if they are defective and/or there’s any other issue. We will work to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Plase consider that our miniatures are handmade and, despite being expertly casted and subject to strict quality control, it’s possible they show small imperfections, e.g. mold lines.
However, if by any chance you received a defective copy or you’re unhappy with the overall quality, contact us and we will work towards refunding the product cost (not included shipping cost) as soon as it arrives back.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same state you received it when opening the box, and complete of all its parts, including the box and the inner packaging. We cannot accept refunds if some parts are missing and/or the product has been manipulated in any way.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
